A Message from Region 7 Membership Director Dr. Igor Pesun

I have been a member of the ACP since 1992 and currently serve as the Region 7 (International) Director. Currently I am the founding Graduate Prosthodontic Program director at the University of Manitoba. The ACP provided me with significant help with the documentation required to help set up the Graduate Prosthodontic Program at the University of Manitoba. The postdoctoral educators meeting was instrumental in helping me get ideas as to how to set up the program and get it off the ground. Now that we are in our third year, we make the ACP Annual Session an important part of the overall program.

Efforts of the ACP during the pandemic resulted in wonderful presentations to the residents over several months by the supportive program directors. All of these exceptional learning opportunities have provided opportunity to improve clinical skills. My continued interaction with the ACP has allowed me to make contacts throughout the prosthodontic community around the world.
