The Incomparable Opportunity:
Our rapidly-growing, strictly fee-for-service, and very highly regarded prosthodontic practice offers a platform for you to maximize your potential, achieve a very high compensation, and experience the excitement of making a significant difference in many lives.

We also offer mentoring in all areas of advanced implant surgeries and restoration, cosmetic makeovers, and complex reconstructions, along with training in very successful business operations to accelerate your growth.

An equity position in this highly successful operation will be available for an associate wanting to participate in the practices’ ongoing growth and development, but we will also strongly consider a qualified prosthodontic associate who is only seeking solid, full-time employment. Either venue is acceptable. We are more interested in the candidate who best sees the opportunity for what it is.

The Assets:
With a heavy foot print and strong reputation for providing top tier implant surgery and restoration, cosmetic makeovers, and reconstruction of complex cases; with the support of our high efficiency, full service in-house laboratory and top-tier, long-tenured team of highly motivated and dedicated professionals; with our expanding, broad range (25-85 yo) of loyal patients seeking high quality therapy; and with our very sophisticated web site and marketing program, we have an unmatched combination of assets that can assure your future growth, income, and satisfaction. Our business model has been built around rapid growth over the first five years since its initiation (completed) which will now be followed by expanding the practice including the introduction and facilitation our chosen associate by heavily marketing him or her.

Addressing the Criteria for a Prosthodontic Practice Assessment
Over the years, recent prosthetic graduates seeking their first associateship as well as those seeking to improve on their existing prosthetic associateship have had over 15 different inquiries that they used to analyze every aspect of prosthodontic practice. As an example, the first 7 are covered here in descending order, starting with the highest level of expressed importance being first.

Example Assessment Criteria for a Prosthodontic Practice

  1. Practice location
    a. A high income metropolitan area that you would find appealing
    b. An Uptown vs downtown locale
  2. Practice reputation
  3. Patient demographics
    a. Income level and dental I.Q.
    b. Age range-how broad is it?
  4. Referral sources and potential for conveying them to the associate
  5. Quality of the team members
  6. Full service in-house laboratory vs merely a milling platform laboratory
  7. Fee structure and Fee-for-Service status (how high and is it without insurance?)

Business Opportunity:
Without being encumbered by the post-pandemic issues of patients coming to a downtown practice, and, as stated, with a very sophisticated marketing program emphasizing our unique assets, we have undergone very rapid growth over the last five years and are transitioning to our expansion phase. Once again, our new associate will have an opportunity to participate in our high growth by exercising an option to purchase an equity position.

Contact Us:
We look forward to discussing with you how our practice holds up very well against the full range of practice evaluation criteria mentioned when analyzed through that lens. In addition, we will review how our high gross, forward-looking, very dynamic practice is in sync with, and benefits from the vast array of unmet market needs in restorative dentistry. Send your resume to ProsthodonticsDC@gmail.com and we will call to arrange a Zoom introductory meeting. Let’s get to know each other. All replies confidential.
