The ACP's 2014 Survey of Prosthodontists has been completed. This survey was first conducted in 2002 and repeated again in 2005, 2008, and 2011.
To advocate for prosthodontics and address the needs of members, the ACP must understand the current characteristics of specialty practice. This enables us to better explain and defend the specialty's distinctiveness, identify norms, and explore emerging trends. This survey also helps identify reasons why dental students and dentists choose to become prosthodontists.
ACP members may wish to search the online archives of the Journal of Prosthodontics to read the articles that were written and published after the completion of each survey, dating back to 2002.
