Meet the new JOP Social Media Editors!
The Journal of Prosthodontics is pleased to introduce our new Social Media Editors: Omar Moustafa, BDS, MSc, MS, FRCD(C), FACP, Toshiki Nagai DDS, MSD, FACP, and Cynthia Udeh, DDS, MS, FACP (all pictured above from left to right).
All three are board-certified prosthodontists and Fellows of the ACP. Their combined expertise and creativity will help expand the visibility of the journal and engage our ACP and JOP communities.
Dr. Omar Moustafa is a Fellow of the ACP and the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, and a Diplomate of American Board of Prosthodontics. He is a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Division of Prosthodontics at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, where he supervises the graduate prosthodontic residents' clinic and research, and covers the undergraduate clinic at the Advanced Prosthodontics Clinic. Dr. Moustafa is pleased to join the Journal of Prosthodontics team as part of the Social Media Editorial team, and looks forward to helping share the journal's research and impact with the broader prosthodontics community.
Dr. Toshiki Nagai is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics at the Indiana University School of Dentistry. He received his specialty training and Master of Science degree in Prosthodontics from Indiana University after earning his DDS from Kyushu University in Japan. Dr. Nagai is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists. His clinical and research interests focus on digital implant dentistry, CAD/CAM technologies, and evidence-based prosthodontic treatment. He is passionate about translating emerging research into practical clinical education through social media.
Dr. Cynthia Udeh is a board-certified maxillofacial prosthodontist at the University of Illinois Health Craniofacial Center. She completed her prosthodontics residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and advanced fellowship training in Maxillofacial Prosthetics and Dental Oncology at the Mayo Clinic. Her clinical and research interests include maxillofacial rehabilitation, head and neck oncology, digital dentistry, biomaterials, and evidence-based patient care. As Social Media Editor, she is committed to translating high-quality scientific research into engaging, accessible content for clinicians, researchers, and trainees.
