Head & Neck Cancer Alliance Survey
The Head & Neck Cancer Alliance is requesting that ACP members participate in this survey. A large portion of patient inquiries to the Alliance involve finding appropriate dental expertise, from oral medicine to reconstruction and survivorship care. To better connect patients, they’ve launched a survey to identify professionals with experience in head and neck cancer.
Completion of the survey will help the Head & Neck Cancer Alliance create a more reliable network to connect patients and providers and improve access to specialized dental care across the nation.
