Glossary of Digital Dental Terms, 2nd Edition is now online

The 2nd edition of the Glossary of Digital Dental Terms is now online in the Journal of Prosthodontics. The glossary was developed by the ACP in an effort to standardize the terminology involved in the practice of dentistry using advanced digital technology. The first edition was published in 2016.

This new edition was organized and updated by the members of the Digital Dentistry Glossary Workgroup, Drs. Rami Ammoun, Heba Elkassaby, Edward Chaoho Chien, Brian Goodacre, Gerald T. Grant, and Ramtin Sadid-Zadeh.

The intent of the ACP is to continually monitor and update the glossary as a dynamic resource for the dental community.

The complete glossary is available online in the Journal as a supplementary issue (Volume 30, Issue S3).
