This three-part webinar explores the major career pathways available to prosthodontists in 2026, including academics, government service, dental service organizations, private practice, and emerging hybrid career models. Through discussion of workforce trends, compensation structures, practice ownership, financing, valuation, and clinical revenue models, participants will gain a practical framework for evaluating career opportunities and aligning professional decisions with their personal, clinical, and financial goals.

Biography: Dr. Roxanna J. Esguerra, is a board-certified prosthodontist in Duluth, MN. She earned her DDS from the University of Colorado and completed her prosthodontic residency and master's degree at UT Health San Antonio. Dr. Esguerra has experience in academia, DSOs, and private practice, teaches part-time at the University of Minnesota, and lectures on digital dentistry, phonetics, and patient communication.
