Dear NJACP and all ACP members
We are excited about the soon to be opened Rutgers Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Center, which will bring together in the same area, prosthodontics, periodontics, endodontics and orthodontics for the first time in the history of the dental school. This center, working together with undergraduate programs, will bring a new level of expert care to patients. In addition, it will foster camaraderie between generalists and specialists. In keeping with this theme, the Department of Periodontics along with the NJACP is endorsing the second biennial two-day symposium entitled “Excellence in “Interdisciplinary Dentistry” which will be held on April 15-16th, 2016, in the Marriott Hotel at the Newark International Airport. This outstanding program featuring internationally known speakers will explore “cutting edge” topics. Presenters will include Stephen Chu, Marc Nevins, Joseph Kan, Henry Salama and others. The program is geared to general dentists, as well as specialists, and will be of interest to all who attend.
We would love to have you join us at what will prove to be a professionally rewarding experience. You will also have an opportunity to get together with old friends at a reception for all attendees which will be held immediately at the conclusion of the program Friday. In addition, you are invited to a dinner following the reception which will be for alumni, faculty and speakers only. For those wishing to stay over Friday night, a block of very reasonably priced rooms has been set aside.
