Annual Session 2026: Ways to Explore Chicago
With the 2026 Annual Session coming up Nov. 11-14 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, we want you to make the most of your visit to the Windy City. Chicago is a center of arts, culture, sports, and food - we’ve highlighted some of the best ways you can spend your free time.
Take yourself back in time or under the sea with a trip to one of Chicago’s many museums. If you’re an art history buff, the Art Institute of Chicago is home to work spanning the centuries. Find an escape from the concrete jungle - The Shedd Aquarium, Lincoln Park Zoo, and Field Museum are perfect places to learn something new about wildlife on a global scale and a local one.
Destination shopping is minutes away from your stay in Downtown Chicago. Michigan Avenue is a premier spot to find a souvenir or two from your stay. Looking for a night under the lights of the stage or stadium? Venture to a show at the Chicago Theatre or Lyric Opera Center for a night of culture or make yourself a part of the fanfare watching a Bulls, Blackhawks, or Bears game.
