The Academy of Prosthodontics is:
An organization that promotes the art and science, encourages study and investigation, and disseminates knowledge of prosthodontics. It is the oldest specialty organization in prosthetic dentistry. The American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics is:
An association of prosthodontists who are engaged in the art and science of maxillofacial prosthetics. The Academy’s mission is to accumulate and disseminate knowledge and experience, as well as to promote and maintain research programs involving methods, techniques and devices used in maxillofacial prosthetics. It is devoted to the study and practice of methods used to habilitate esthetics and function of patients with acquired, congenital and developmental defects of the head and neck. The organization also focuses on methods used to maintain the oral health of patients exposed to cancer-cidal doses of radiation or cytotoxic drugs.

The American Equilibration Society is:

The International Academy of Gnathology is:
