The American College of Prosthodontists is:
An educational and scientific association established to represent the needs and interests of prosthodontists within organized dentistry and to the public by providing a means for stimulating awareness and interest in the field. The College’s goal is to be the global resource for all aspects of the specialty. It is the only prosthodontic specialty association where membership—inclusive of prosthodontists, dental technicians, dental students and other dental professionals who have significantly contributed to the specialty—is based solely on education credentials. The Academy of Osseointegration is:

The American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics is:
An association of prosthodontists who are engaged in the art and science of maxillofacial prosthetics. The Academy’s mission is to accumulate and disseminate knowledge and experience, as well as to promote and maintain research programs involving methods, techniques and devices used in maxillofacial prosthetics. It is devoted to the study and practice of methods used to habilitate esthetics and function of patients with acquired, congenital and developmental defects of the head and neck. The organization also focuses on methods used to maintain the oral health of patients exposed to cancer-cidal doses of radiation or cytotoxic drugs.

The American Equilibration Society is:
The largest organization in the world that deals with the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of dental occlusion (bite problems) and disorders of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and associated muscles. The International Academy of Gnathology is:
An international organization of dental professionals practicing and teaching the disciplines of gnathology, assuring that it remains “Dentistry’s Handclasp Around the World.” The organization focuses on gnathological treatment objectives, including a centric relation occlusion; proper coupling of the anterior teeth; a comfortable, frictionless anterior disclusive angle and long-term stability of the treated result.
