John J. Sharry 2008 Research Competition Call for Abstracts

TheACPEF and the ACP Research Committee encourage you to submit an abstract for this year’s ACP John J. Sharry Research Competition. Click here for the call for abstracts along with contact information. The deadline for abstract submission is June 15.

     June 10              Test e-mail to pkrueger@prosthodontics.org
     June 15              Abstract submission deadline
     July 5                Six semi-finalists selected and notified
     August 5            Semi-finalists' manuscript deadline
     September 10    Three finalists selected and notified
     October 1           Finalists submit presentation
     October 30         John J Sharry Awards Competition
     October 31        Sharry Award presentation

ACPEF Announces 2008 Student Support Program

The ACPEF is pleased to announce it will pay the ACP Annual Session registration fee for the first 325 qualifying ACP student members who register and provide $250 travel stipends to qualifying ACP student member registrants to offset some of the expenses of attending the Annual Session. ACP Research Fellowship Call for Applications

Dear Prosthodontic Residents,

On behalf of the American College of Prosthodontists Education Foundation and the ACP Research Committee, it is my pleasure to encourage graduate students and residents to consider submit an application for this year’s ACP Research Fellowship Program. Click here for the application guidelines.

Please note: students submitting a Fellowship application must do so via e-mail. To ensure that the e-mail is received successfully, the ACPEF asks that a test e-mail with the subject line ‘Research Fellowship Test E-mail’ be sent to pkrueger@prosthodontics.org by October 8, 2008 so that each applicant’s e-mail address can be added to the Safe Senders list.

Mark Your Calendars:
- The deadline for application submission is October 15,2008
- Award Determination will be announced via e-mail on November 29, 2008
- First installments on awarded Fellowships will be distributed in January 2009
